About these terms

These terms describe use of the Prime Courts website operated by Fence Fanatics LLC dba Prime Courts. Use the website lawfully and review our Privacy Policy for information about project inquiries.

Project information and estimates

Website service descriptions, photos, concepts and preliminary discussions are general information. They are not a binding offer, engineering design, site assessment or guarantee that a particular product or service fits your property. Pricing and scope depend on site review, dimensions, access, drainage, existing conditions, selected materials and equipment, and other project requirements.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a construction date or create a construction contract. Final scope, pricing, payment, schedule, warranties, permits and responsibilities must be stated in a separate written project agreement. That agreement controls the project and takes precedence over these website terms if they conflict.

Photos, illustrations and product information

Project photographs show examples of work; concept illustrations and reference images are labeled and do not represent completed Prime Courts projects. Colors and appearances may vary by display and actual material. Product availability and specifications require confirmation for your project.

Your submissions

Provide accurate contact and project information, and share only documents or links you are authorized to provide. By sending material, you allow us to review and use it to respond to your inquiry and prepare the requested scope. You retain ownership of your material. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files or sensitive personal information.

Permitted website use

You may view and share links to our pages for personal or business project planning. Website branding, text and media belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce or misrepresent them as your own, interfere with website operation, bypass security controls or use the inquiry form for spam.

Third-party services
